Asset protection is an always-present element of our work and we are constantly on the lookout for opportunities and ways to protect our client’s wealth. We carefully assess our client’s concerns regarding their exposures and we create a bespoke strategy to mitigate those risks. Those exposures could be commercial in nature, and we could use a variety of instruments to mitigate these, including family trusts, corporate structuring, or property sharing agreements. Otherwise, they could be personal in nature, in which event we would use instruments such as family trusts or relationship property agreements.
